Media Lab Technologies (“MLT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website
https://www.medialabtech.com (the “Site”) and provides digital advertising
management services to our clients, including tools that connect to the
Google Ads API (“Tools”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we
collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Visitors to our Site: We may collect standard information such as your
IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, typically via
analytics and cookies, as well as any information you voluntarily submit
through a contact form (such as your name, email address, and message).

Clients: When you engage MLT for advertising management services, we
collect business and account information necessary to provide those
services, such as company name, contact details, billing information, and
access to your advertising accounts (e.g., Google Ads).

Google User Data: To provide our advertising management services, MLT
uses the Google Ads API to access and manage advertising account data on
behalf of our clients, under authorization granted through Google’s OAuth
process. This may include campaign performance data (impressions, clicks,
conversions, cost), account structure (campaigns, ad groups, keywords), and
account settings. We only access accounts we have been explicitly
authorized to manage.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our advertising management services
• Generate performance reports and optimization recommendations for clients
• Communicate with clients and Site visitors who contact us
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of our Tools and Site

3. Use of Google User Data

MLT’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to
the Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We access Google Ads account data only to provide advertising reporting
  and management services to the client who authorized that access.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes
  unrelated to the client’s own advertising account.
• We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary
  to provide our services to the authorizing client, or as required by law.
• Access is limited to authorized MLT personnel who need it to perform
  their work for that client.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share
information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., hosting,
  analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations
• A client’s own designated representatives (e.g., an outside agency the
  client asks us to share reports with)
• Authorities, if required by law or to protect our legal rights

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to
protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Credentials used to access Google Ads accounts (such as OAuth tokens) are
stored securely and are not shared outside of MLT.

6. Data Retention

We retain client and account information for as long as needed to provide
our services and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 8.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our Site may use cookies or similar technologies to understand Site usage
